Welcome to Petito. These terms explain how our website works and what we each agree to when you shop with us. We've kept them as clear as we can.

1. About these terms

This website, www.shoppetito.com, is operated by Petito Clothing, registered at Ivory heights, Mumbai 400053 ("Petito", "we", "us"). By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns and Exchanges Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Who can shop with us

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract under Indian law. If you're shopping on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

3. Your account

Please give us accurate, complete details and keep them up to date.
You're responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity on your account.
Tell us straight away if you think someone has used your account without permission.

4. Our products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and print placement can vary a little from piece to piece.
Products are subject to availability. We may change or discontinue a product at any time.
We may limit the quantity sold per person, household or order, and we may decline orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

5. Orders and pricing

Product listings are an invitation to offer. Your order is an offer to buy, and it is accepted when we confirm dispatch.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price or description was listed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we will refund you in full.
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice, but changes won't affect orders we've already confirmed.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our third-party payment partners. We don't store your card details. Orders are processed once payment is received in full.

7. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within India only.
Orders below ₹1,500 carry a shipping fee of ₹150. Orders of ₹1,500 and above ship free.
Delivery times are estimates. Delays can happen for reasons outside our control, such as courier issues or weather.
Please check your address carefully. We're not responsible for orders that can't be delivered because of incorrect details.

8. Returns, exchanges and cancellations

These are covered by our Returns and Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Discount codes and store credit

Discount codes can't be combined, exchanged for cash or applied after an order is placed, unless we say otherwise.
Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue, can't be exchanged for cash and can only be used on our website.
We may withdraw a code or offer if it is misused.

10. Reviews and things you share with us

Reviews should be honest, respectful and about the product.
By sharing a review, photo, comment or idea with us, you allow us to use it in our marketing and on our website, free of charge.
You confirm that what you share is your own and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
We may decline to publish or remove content that is offensive, misleading or unrelated. We won't edit the meaning of a review.

11. Intellectual property

Everything on this site belongs to Petito or our licensors. This includes our name, logo, prints, illustrations, photographs, designs and text. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of it commercially without our written permission.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent
Submit false or misleading information
Upload viruses or other harmful code
Try to access our systems or other customers' data without permission
Scrape, crawl or copy the site's content
Harass, abuse or defame anyone through the site

13. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

14. Third-party tools and links

Our site runs on Shopify and may link to or use other third-party tools and websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, policies or services.

15. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep the site accurate and running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, the site is provided "as is". We may correct errors on the site at any time, including after you've placed an order.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Petito and its directors, employees and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.

17. Indemnity

You agree to cover Petito for any claims, losses or costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or anyone else's rights.

18. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the site if you breach these terms. Any obligations that arose before termination, such as payment for an order, continue to apply.

19. General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
If we don't enforce a right straight away, that doesn't mean we've given it up.
These terms, together with the policies named in section 1, are the entire agreement between us.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with a revised date. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
